* Free Diadem Racquets can only be given every 2 years if the member has an active Membership for at least 2 years starting when they purchased their Diadem racquet from TennisTEC. The original has to be brought back in playing condition to be exchange for the same model. If the model has been discontinued and are not available to be purchased by the Diadem Sports, then a newer model will be provided to the member.
